Through the lens of our patrons, La Cabane reveals itself to be more than a mere eatery. Customer Kate Bela describes it as “very nice” and highlights the restaurant’s commitment to fresh, local ingredients. She indulged in a delightful spread that included carpaccio, an assiette valaisanne, and a mixed salad, all complemented by a glass of red wine. The value of approximately 40 CHF per person for such exquisite offerings underscores La Cabane's appeal without breaking the bank.
Another satisfied visitor, Ben Somerville, raves about the restaurant’s best-in-class tartiflette, a quintessential Swiss dish that showcases the rich flavors of the region. The staff’s hospitality shines through their accommodating nature, making every guest feel at home. For those conquering the slopes of Nendaz, La Cabane is a must-visit for an authentic taste of Suisse.
Themis Nastos captures the essence of a night at La Cabane, relishing a fondue that stands out as one of the best he has ever experienced. While La Cabane offers a vibrant cornucopia of tastes, some guests, like Natasja Lopez Mejia, note that vegetarian options are somewhat limited. Very nice restaurant with typical Swiss mountain food but not only. I went with a group of friends and since we were not too hungry, we ordered only small things to eat. We chose carpaccio, assiette valaisanne, starter decouverte la chasse and a mixed salad. Everything was fresh, local and really delicious. A glass of red wine plus a dessert. We ended up paying about 40 chf per person. I will certainly go back there again if I'm in the area.

Fabulous Swiss cuisine. Best tartiflet I've ever had. The staff were lovely and accomodating, even though we arrived quite late in the evening. They made us feel welcome (between our French and their English). Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine Suisse/mountain food whilst in Nendaz

We have been in this restaurant just for a quick dinner which became an dining experience to remember. Very good menu offering local foods and wine. One of the best fondue that I have been served and we had also deer ribs which it was a delight for eyes and for our taste buds (in the photo). We will be back for sure...

Had the deluxe burger with foie gras for main and the hunter plate for starter! We tried the local beer made with water from the glacier and had a local white wine. The meals are well presented and the food is very tasty. Great place to have dinner. Very cozy and warm atmosphere. A great experience if you are visiting Nendaz!
